Arbitration

Either by contract or agreement, parties can opt out of the judicial process, and agree to privately arbitrate a matter in dispute. 

As a trial attorney, Steve has had the opportunity to personally try or arbitrate several cases in his career.  In addition, he has supervised many claim files that have gone to trial or arbitration as well.  

Steve is available as an arbitrator as a member of a panel or as a solo arbitrator.   

Fee:   $400.00 per hour.
